Michael Maloney B.Agr.Sc. MACA, Director previously worked for Teagasc as an Agricultural Advisor before starting his own business. He then expanded into auctioneering and agricultural consultancy after gain a qualification in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from NUI, Galway in 2000. Michael's experience of working with thousands of clients over the years, his knowledge of Irish and foreign markets and his commitments to client service makes him an ideal auctioneer.

Cyril Burke Dip. Bs. Mgt, Director was a Sales Representative with Heiton Buckley Ltd for 21 years. He holds an Auctioneer's Licence and also holds a seat on Mayo County Council and is a member of the Western Regional Authority and the B.M.W. Assembly. Through his knowledge of the construction industry and dealing with customers and building contractors, he brings with him an insight & first hand knowledge of building compliances & planning laws.

Tom Connolly Director, specialises in financial matters, including mortgages, investments and pensions and is also a Director of M&C Financial Services. Tom previously worked as a Financial Advisor with Canada Life and prior to that with the Revenue Commissioners in Customs and Excise and Taxation. His involvement with Premier Estates Maloney brings a wealth of experience in the areas of insurance, investments and taxation.

Seamus Burke Property Consultant, is a brother of Councillor Cyril Burke and Senator Paddy Burke. He has an excellent knowledge of the local area and superior customer skills. Seamus has built up many contacts through his involvement with Ballintubber Gaelic Football and Ballyglass Soccer teams, including leading the Ballyglass ladies' team to an All-Ireland final.

Karen Latto joined the Premier Estates Maloney team in May 2006. Karen brought a wealth of experience with her, having worked in the local property market for over 3 years. Karen previously worked in the hotel industry, where she also gained invaluable customer service experience. She studied and was awarded a Certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from N.U.I.Galway in 2004.

Claire McManamon BBS, ACA joined the Premier Estates Maloney team in March 2008. Claire completed a Bachelors degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management in WIT in 2001 before going on to become a qualified Chartered Accountant in March 2005. She has previously worked in an accountancy practice and spent 3 years working as Financial Accountant for a construction company.
